Online Yoga Classes

Welcome to my online classes yogis and yoginis! Whether you are new to yoga or have been practising for a while, online yoga classes offer you the opportunity to develop your practice at home. Super flexibility not required.

Online yoga classes are a great way to stay active and look after yourself mentally and physically...and all from the comfort of your own home. Recorded sessions mean that you can take classes whenever fits in with your schedule and PJs and messy hair are always welcome!

My aim is to make these classes available to everyone who wants them during this difficult time. I am therefore offering reduced prices at the moment to allow for those who are not receiving a wage, receiving a low wage or are working for the NHS/care system to still be able to take part.

Please feel free to choose whichever membership tier (A, B or C) feels appropriate for you and meets your financial situation. Membership level C is reserved for those not currently receiving a wage and those working for the NHS/care system. All memberships provide all-inclusive access to classes.

Membership A - £15 / month

Membership B - £10 / month

Membership C - £5 / month

Memberships run on a rolling monthly subscription basis
