One to One Private Yoga Classes Totnes

One to one private yoga classes are a fantastic way to start off your yoga practice, especially if you feel a bit nervous about heading to a group class straight away. We can work on the basic postures and alignment at your own pace so that you are able to feel confident to join a group class in the future.
These classes are ideal if you have a specific issue, such as a back or knee injury, or have an area of your practice that you would like to work on and develop, for example, increasing flexibility, building strength, fitness or improving alignment. These sessions are completely bespoke and tailored to meet your needs and goals.
Further benefit can be gained from booking the ‘Full Healing’ package, which combines private yoga tuition with remedial, deep tissue or sports massage.
One to one sessions take place at The Library Rooms in Totnes and are available most weekdays. You could even fit a session in during your lunch break!
